| THE WINTER IS APPROACHING EARLIER THAN LAST YEAR The winter is on its way, and today the thickness of the ice on the lake is 10 cm. That is thick enough to hold a car, but we do not start to use it before it is more than 20 cm. thick steel-ice. This is very good news for us, because the winter is 2-3 weeks earlier than the previous years. This again means that it looks good for us starting to use the race-track on the frozen lake from the beginning of December. Last season we could not use it before after new year, and the two years before that it was ready for use in the middle of December. So early winter is very good news for us that want to drive fast on the frozen lake.
