SUBJECTS FOR THEORY SESSIONS
Monday : Driving theory.
Tuesday: Set-up.
Wednesday: Pace-notes.
Thursday: Personal preparation.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday theory starts with de-brief from previous day’s driving.
The race-track is 3 km long, and we have 4 different special-stages, where we start, drive to a turning-point and drive back to the start, one car at a time.
Driving-time on the stages is 4 minutes on the two shortest, 6-7 min on one stage, and 7-8 minutes on the longest stage.
1 TO 1 COURSES:
These courses are based on 1 to 1 tuition for one driver. Can also be for two drivers together
who know each other. On these courses we work on what the driver needs the most.
We sit down with the driver the evening before and make a plan for the next day. These courses are flexible to suit each individual driver. We recommend minimum 2 days, maximum 3 days.
THE BASIC THINKING BEHIND OUR COURSES
First car-control. To drive the rally car on a frozen lake is the best possible way to learn car-control. Car-control is the basic for being safe and fast. The driver can drive on and over the limit and make mistakes without damaging the car, as there are large run-off areas or soft snow-banks to hit. When the driver has car-control, we start to drive efficient and fast.
When we have done this for two days on the race-track, we move to the special-stages for the next two days. The special-stages have snow-banks to hit if making mistakes, but there are trees behind.
